Please send the title of the proposed paper or poster with an abstract (of no more than 300 words) to firstname.lastname@example.org by May 31, 2017. Please put “Proposed paper (or poster) and abstract” and your name in the subject line.
It is still possible to submit abstracts after the cut-off date of May 31, 2017. However, since the organizing committee has both begun reviewing the abstracts received before that date and building the program, a slot that is appropriate for the topic of a late abstract cannot be guaranteed.
Twenty minutes will be available for the papers, and five minutes for discussion.
Note: No proposed presentation will be accepted without an abstract. No abstract will be accepted without registration.
